These are basically the same comments you made the last time I updated the table. The yellow thing says there are notes below, and the notes below explain it. There's no other way to do it in a simplified table format that doesn't have a bunch of text in every cell.
It just doesn't seem to follow what I'd expect from the green/yellow/red color system. Everything that isn't green has notes about it, and both "yellow" and "red" can mean "not open right now, but will be eventually".
I get that notes are required, I just can't reconcile the difference in color between YVR Cafe and YUL domestic.
