When did Chase rename this Card (again) - they're now pitching the "New United Club Card." No more "Infinite Club Card." It lists 4 annual passes as a benefit. https://creditcards.chase.com/travel...ite?iCELL=61FY

If you already have a paid membership, you will get a pro-rated refund based on the date your card membership commences. So if you bought a paid membership in March, then got the Club card on September 1, you would get a pro-rated refund (in this case, half of the fee you paid in March).

Yes, that's the whole point of the passes - so the AU can access the lounge when flying without the primary cardholder. Note that the passes are not issued until after your first year anniversary. This is something of a sign-up "gotcha" - much like the 1500 PQP, which you also don't get your first year.
