Meanwhile, as they play with this foolishness, legitimate letters of complaint to customer service about very late planes (mechanical difficulties) causing overnight stays and rebookings go unanswered. No luv voucher, no response, just a digital KMA apparently. Its not the old Southwest that we knew, but of course everyone here already knew that. I feel sorry for the front line employees who are trying to mitigate the stupidity of the top leadership.
