Thank you for your feedback . I did reach out via WhatsApp and got a more prompt response. However , the situation remains partially unresolved . I have been getting conflicting information and different explanations. Definitely a very frustrating experience . Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be a way to escalate to a higher level or contact anyone at a manager level.
