MH will probably throw you some Enrich points and then you'll say you aren't an Enrich member. They'll ask you to open an Enrich account and basically it just goes back and forth until you agree on the number of Enrich points offered (if you think they are lowballing you with Enrich points, you can always say it isn't adequate for the inconvenience etc.). SQ will usually throw you some duty free vouchers and/or Krisflyer miles.
