In another world, British Airways tried to simplify its breakfast service on domestics to EDI and BHD whereby there was only one cold option, instead of the usual Full English Breakfast, the Omelette or the continental breakfast citing big work load on FAs on these short flights. This made the headlines of the local newspapers and the feedback was very negative from passengers. The service has now been restored. That's the difference between an airline that listens to its passengers and an airline that listens to its unions.
I wonder how they managed to serve it to the whole plane including Economy some years back. I remember getting that in late 2017.
