It's now October and we are still battling in the seven circles of IT hell that is the current app.

3.5 years later, no sign of it! The app upgrade is timely by comparison.
Knowing BA, the app will be released on 30 December 2025, won't work but someone will have hit their performance incentive and that's what truly matters.
