Ridiculous. Glad they reinstated her account in the end but I can't imagine the anxiety it brought before CX realized they screwed up.
I just can't fathom why a simple points conversion from credit card to Asia Miles will trigger a suspension. Especially when it's an option they gave us. Sounds like CX is just being overly sensitive to fraud here and wrongfully affect innocent victims in the process.
