My wife had her account suspend shortly after becoming silver in April and right after transferring miles from her credit card to her account (which I am pretty sure triggered the suspension) it was the second time she was transferring CC points to CX, she never used point for redemption at that time, account was less than 6 months old as the whole family switched from BA FFP to CX, sent a copy of passport if I recall and account was re activated a few days later, since then she has made one redemption for herself and no other issues to report
