I had forgotten about that and if Alaska doesn't get this fixed I guess I'll need to set one up.

But really this is a pretty sad bug. Its bad enough that when multiple accounts have the same phone number and the one you enter is an elite the system fails to recognize it as such but to have it falsely claim the account number is invalid, that's really lame and shouldn't have made it past testing.

I spent a ton of time trying to getting my Hawaiian EQMs to post towards Alaska status because the IT people messed it up and management didn't give customer service authority to do it manually so having to spend more time because of another IT fail is very disappointing.

It didn't used to be this way.
