I stayed last year so I can't give you a recent update. However, having just stayed at 3 Waldorf's (1 in Egypt and 2 in Qatar) I'll say they all blew this place away in terms of service, amenities and accommodations. This property certainly shouldn't be a Waldorf, its a Doubletree at best. So if your used to normal Waldorf standards, be prepared to be disappointed.
