Like I said...really only answering the easy questions with a bunch of corporate speak. If they want to truly improve, they need to have the serious discussions. There are times I think the FTer's know their program better than they do internally.
A lot of them including Brett do fly a lot (more than the average FTer) but mostly positive space and space available and mostly on AS flights. It’s difficult to understand the pain points of typical business or leisure revenue customers when most of your flying is nonrev.
