A really simple fix that would improve the bus "experience" would be to switch the bus system to a flat fare "pay when you get on" as opposed to the current moronic system of boarding in the back and then having to navigate upstream to the front of the bus to pay when you get off. It's a basic operating procedure change that any mediocre industrial engineer could come up with.
