they are planning to open one in E.
What I learned talking to staff is that there’s going to be another Provisions on the E concourse.
I usually take things from lounge staff with a grain of salt, but it does make sense for them to have it there - it can be up to a mile or so roundtrip to the AC in C which also requires an escalator/elevator each way.
