I read the advice on here about JER being excellent for B2B, and well my experience today I agree with.
However, and I don't know if I was foolish or just trying to make sure I wasn't going to be classed as a 'no-show'.
Arrived Gate 9 and into the corridor, and the return flights' passengers were queing. I went into the Lounge and my boarding pass was glanced at. I said to the Lounge lady did I have to scan my boarding pass anywhere to say I was in the Airport. She asked where had I come from, I said from London and I'm going back to London on the same plane. She seemed startled and slightly raised her voice "you have to leave the Airport and re-clear security". I gently pushed back and said I was under the impression you can connect airside in Jersey, to which she repeated her statement. Not wanting to cause a scene or make an issue any bigger I politely thanked her, and speed walked out of arrivals and back into departures, through security and arrived back in the queue that was there when I had walked past it.
For reference this is my first attempt at a B2B!
