Yes, the Turbomeca Arriel turboshaft engine uses Jet A1. AirNav actually shows it $1 cheaper than 100LL at LIH. Both ~$3 more than SoCal locations. I suspect demand is lower, so prices higher, relative to the mainland, for aviation vs. autos, yielding a larger price delta.

And I’m pretty sure I saw EV charging banks at the Westin, Sheraton, Kaanapali Ocean Resorts, Whalers Village, Hyatt, Marriott, Nanea Resort, and at least two independent locations in the Lahaina/Ka’anapali area last week. I saw several Tesla cars, but only one Truck.
