Hi,

For context, i bought my wife and daughter J tickets. However i forgot to put their cathay membership and only realize when they already flew the first segment (SUB-HKG)
When i asked for her boarding pass for retroclaim purpose, i noticed there are already Qantas frequent flyer number added on their boarding passes, which she and my daughter never have.
They flew SUB-HKG with onward connection. I have asked her to talk to the lounge agent at The Bridge to change the subsequent segments to my wife and daughter's cathay frequent flyer number, which they did.

I tried to login to Qantas using that frequent flyer number and it asks me sms verification to HK number (+852) !

Typing this with lots of emotion right now, and filing a case with Cathay as well. If you are the 'owner' of these accounts, God Bless You

Beware, always check and check again your boarding pass before you fly

when i tried to click forgot PIN in Qantas website and input QF number, it leads to HK number
