Well, I'm not moaning, merely observing. And the comparison is a relative one, rather than an absolute one in comparison to other airports.

Gates a huge distance from the lounge/security
Busing to and from the aircraft (or alternatively a huge walk)
Considerable increase in distance from both runways to the designated gates

It's a considerably inferior service than offered before. If I were BA then I'd would be mildly concerned (they won't care).
