I recently stayed here as well. It's a HP/HH so not really expecting much.

Housekeeping is definitely an issue. I saw somewhere - in really tiny print - that you only receive housekeeping every 3 days at the HP and every 7 days at the HH. When I'm on a short stay, I don't want anybody in my room anyhow - but others might find that annoying. Since I had the "do not disturb" sign out the whole time, I have no idea if a Globalist would receive room cleaning on request.

It was also clear that nobody had ever bothered to clean out the shower drains. It nearly overflooded and I was forced to grab bunches of hair out of the drain. Some of it mine probably, but also that of many strangers... Yuck.

There was some water in my room. A can or a box - I can't remember.

I also cancelled and rebooked many times, as this hotel kept reducing its rates as my stay grew nearer. Don't ever bother to book prepaid...
