On a more negative note, they’re currently offloading people onto two buses on the first flight in on Gate A9 🙃

Of note, a couple members of senior BA staff seem to be overseeing everything this morning - overheard one of them talking about how as long as menzies are always ready at the gate and the bus drivers are ready, he’s less worried about the turnaround time slipping.
