Good morning! Currently sat waiting for 1387 and having not been in T2 for about 3 years, it’s a huge upgrade in terms of security and in general the ‘pleasantness’ of being in here (except Security east seeming only 3/4 finished?)

That being said, I’m yet to actually take the flight, but for me (travelling in Y, no lounge access) this is a night and day upgrade for departure experience.

Also just got a notification that on Flighty that my gate is A9 - if I remember correctly that’s a biometric gate (for arrivals), but also not one of the prior mentioned gates from the earlier flights this AM.

Anyway, will drop an update here once down in LHR, so far so good!
