I think what
Kacee is saying is indeed that ROS would be ideal, whereas Peninsula would not.
As for Millennium Hilton, I am not sure whether the FS Residences would be somewhat obstructing the view. Also do note that there are two panorama suites on each floor (each taking half of the front of the building), so there is a 50% chance of getting one facing away from Icon Siam.
