Since you are in Business Class, there are "sleeping suites" in the lounge for both Business Class and M&S for Business Class and Elite M&S (Not *G, got played out during my last trip) for those with a transit time of 4 to 9 hours. Basically, a single bed in a private room, showers and bathroom you can request for one.
