I can't say I've seen a noticeable improvement in bed or bath linens. I fully understand these are property/management/franchise-specific issues and Hilton has no was of mandating properties buy specific goods from specific vendors.

I was reminded of the press release tonight at a Hampton Inn when I looked down and could see the floor through the bathmat, 2 of the 4 wash cloths were threadbare and stained, and the tag had obviously been through hundreds of washings.
