Hi, how do you open a support ticket? I have been wanting to do this for Bishkek airport which has changed from code FRU to BSZ in August.
On Lifemiles, I clicked on "Help Center" at the top of the page which took me to Avianca where I clicked on "Information and Help". Then I scrolled down to "Create a Request" which took me to a page with the heading "What can we do for you?". I scrolled down to "Create a Certificate"and chose "Miles Purchase". There must be an easier way, but I couldn't find one.
