*My traveling companion can't get the digital boarding pass on their phone due to some issue with the United App. The BP won't come up when texted, nor when entering PNR & last name. The reservation is visible, but not the boarding pass. In this case, they didn't need a BP after all, the ID system/facial recognition did the trick. Typically I save the PDF boarding pass when checking in, but forgot to print it this time.
I get to sleep in my own bed for the entirety of this week but when I go out next week if both kiosk "flavors" are available and the lobby is quiet I might try shooting a video comparing the two workflows but essentially its "Get Digital Boarding Pass" "More Options" "More Options" "Print Boarding Pass"
