I needed a paper boarding pass* to go through security at IAH, Terminal C two weeks ago. Went to the Premier kiosk. I had read this thread previously and knew I had to dive deep. I couldn't find the option and gave up.
*My traveling companion can't get the digital boarding pass on their phone due to some issue with the United App. The BP won't come up when texted, nor when entering PNR & last name. The reservation is visible, but not the boarding pass. In this case, they didn't need a BP after all, the ID system/facial recognition did the trick. Typically I save the PDF boarding pass when checking in, but forgot to print it this time.
