Oh I hadn’t seen that. KUL-LHR must be the longest route they have so you can imagine how people felt waking up to this after a long overnight flight. MH still haven’t replied to my complaint other than the initial acknowledgement email but they do have ten days left of their original fourteen day timeframe so I’ll continue to wait to see what they reply with.
