Assigned: 2024 Cadillac XT5, had 45K miles and a horrid cigarette smell. There were no alternatives in the app for selection.
Received: 2024 Kia Sportage, had 27K miles but was super clean. Agent apologized for the issue with the Cadi and discounted the reservation for the hassle. Was about a $50 discount for a 2 day resy when all said and done.

All in all, not a bad expeirence. There was an issue with the assigned car and they rectified it and got me something to drive and discounted for the trouble. All good in that regard.
That said, the Kia Sportage is a DOG - wimpy engine you have to mash to get up to highway speed, heavy steering, ride quality was meh, and the bluetooth was problematic.
