I suspect something really messed up at Delta. I can login, but I can't add an emergency contact. Well, it accepts the info but it never is registered. Tried 5 times now, twice via the Passenger Details, and three times via the 'Complete and Check-in' (international flight). I am unable to Check In for a flight in less than 24 hours (when I click on Check In for a flight in My Trips, it asks me to enter the Conf # again; when I do that, I end up at a screen that says 'Advisory' with no content and goes nowhere). When I login to the phone app, none of my trips show. I was able to get one of them on the app by entering the confirmation number. The other isn't accepted, and I am then stuck on the 'add a trip' screen if I retrieve Trips on the app. Closing the app didn't fix it, still stuck on 'Find My Trip' when I try to see my Trips. For a trip in 3 weeks, As a Platinum, I was able to upgrade to Comfort on first legs of both outbound and return trips, but for the 2nd leg, it wanted me to pay for the upgrade. I was able to pull that trip on the phone, which allowed me to upgrade to Comfort at no charge. When I went back in to the trip on the website, I wasn't able to pull up the seat map for any of the trip legs, but the seat assignments do show up as expected. There have been other problems as well; can't remember all of them at the moment. Delta's website and app have been extremely frustrating of late. Glad I'm jumping ship (after they destroyed their Skymiles program in 2024), but I still have some miles to burn and certain itineraries that make the most sense on Delta (sigh).
