I received this "ticket" yesterday after delayed domestic SKG-HER A3574 flight (booked eco -> upgraded with seat coupon).
13€ service charge + airport taxes must be paid (doesn't matter if booked via hotline or in ticket service center) and it's comfort flex ticket in case of economy ticket (Gold CC told me)
