I'm not sure how 34-year-old (and I believe inaccurate) AC activity out of YTZ is relevant to recent AC behaviour, especially given that more recent (yet, still old news) YTZ issues with AC(Jazz) were instigated by Porter's owner pushing AC out of the terminal building.
