Yes - UD as paid entry or BA Silver/guests. Lomond on a CE ticket or as Gold. You can't book paid entry to Lomond for children, though.

When we flew a couple of weeks ago, check-in directed us to the UD lounge to 'collect our voucher' as it was so busy. We went straight to Lomond and got in immediately as a family, no problem.
