Incredibly Challenging FB Experience - Advice needed and appreciated
Let me start by saying that I am not a frequent Flying Blue consumer . I have been enduring a challenging and frustrating experience trying to get the appropriate credit for La Premiere upgrade fees paid and XP credit for a maximum SAF contribution. I am aware that the mileage for the upgrade fees is based solely on the fees paid and does not accrue XP . However , I have been unable to get any assistance.
As I am not a seasoned FB customer , I am hoping that some in this forum may be able to provide guidance and assistance. I was made aware that Mr. Lipsey occasionally monitors this forum and I sent him a private message a few weeks ago but have not heard back from him or his team .
Is there an email address I can use to contact someone at AF/KL directly to seek help with this matter ? If anyone has a contact (email or phone ) that could be helpful , please send me a private message. This has been going on for a month . I did eventually receive a reply from reaching out to the generic FB email . That email said the credit was applied but that did not occur. When I followed up indicating that the credit had not applied, I received a rather frustrating reply and inaccurate response that said I did not receive credit because the ticket had been refunded . Of course , this is not the case and the entire itinerary was flown in the upgraded class of service with no refund, as none was required.
