I booked from a non-status account then simply emailed them my Gold status details and inquired if they would honor the complimentary breakfast, which they did. Simply drop them an email. Personally, I wouldn’t upgrade to the HB package since breakfast is free. The main course was around $50, and I’m not a big eater, so it worked out well for us.
