Called the call centre and spoke with a very helpful agent who said it wasn't uncommon and that she would lodge my request but that I should check back. Sure enough no reward allocated but then got another email yesterday saying click here for your reward, so clicked the link ; and

Anyways, another call to the cll centre but wondering if anyone has been able to make the link work because it doesn't seem to like me.
