Don’t get me wrong. Swiss is very good and I didn’t have a single bad flight with them.
And it is then down to the tier/status also I guess.
But I am now puzzled as I completed my first ever 2 flights with Austrian. It is like LH used to be.
Crew and the food absolutely top notch.
In the past I didn’t consider VIE or OS as a pleasant and comfortable airport/carrier but I just can’t wait to be onboard OS again even if I have to go a bit around.
Completely agree OS F&B & service is so much better than LH & LX in J onboard, of course HON does add the the service & connections are monitored at VIE & full assistance provided when necessary
