Nowhere in that meal description does it state a warm meal. The plat principal is cold, there is indeed an entrée (the cheese and bread) and dessert as well.
But it doesn't seem to matter to the main market (the Americans). After all, we see a lot of threads about Mr. and Mrs. Doe asking about what J product they will get on their long-haul and whether 4h is enough time for correspondance at CDG, and few of them come back and say "oh the J meal on medium haul was terrible".
