They'd get a class action law suit in the U.S.
They stopped offering hot meals since November 2021 when the negotiated a reduction of one FA on the A319 and A220 with the Unions going from 4 to 3 FAs.

As a compensation, FAs secured a simplification of the onboard service whereby only cold meals are loaded and no options are provided.
