Given your average American would rather fly on AF or KLM TATL versus SAS, AF sees no big incentive to improve. Otherwise IAG and *A would have taken all the market share already since their intra Europe products tend to be better.
and in the meantime, BA and IB have respectively 14% and 13% margins with better service. AFKL is just at 5.1%. BA Club Europe can extend to row 14 as they bank on connecting and point to point passengers for Club Europe.
