So to summarise:
1) You experienced a problem.
2) You contacted TK support, hoping to get some compensation.
3) You did not get any significant, or even usable, compensation.

Next time, replace steps 2) and 3) with a visit to the dentist. Pain will be similar, results will be similar, but the whole ordeal will be over much quicker.
