I noticed recently the app is not not refreshing the account activity properly. It shows more total points but the latest activity adding them is not there for hours or days after it is posted. If I go to the website the activity is showing right away so it seems an app issue.

+1 I have and continue to see the same delayed updates for account activity detail after the points have posted in the app. Generally the delay has been a few hours. Never seen it extend in to a multi-day delay. While annoying, it isn't enough of an issue for me to raise it with Marriott.
Even after pulling to refresh?
