I once had a DEN-SFO-TPE itinerary, confirmed Polaris upgrade with a GPU (pre PP) SFO-TPE. Used app to SDC to an earlier DEN-SFO departure. Immediately lost the TPAC upgrade!

Called 1K desk right away and an old-school agent was able to fix it and put me back in 3L, but that was pure luck.

I'd call and get an experienced agent to help with this.
