I just checked in with the same issue, OWS, and I get free seat selection and baggage, but the boarding pass does not say Sapphire, and it does not say Fast Track.
Even though a flight I had roughly a month ago, with exactly the same situation, did show Sapphire and did show Fast Track. Very odd.

Seems a bit random?
I've not been on the trip yet. Still just over a week to go.
