5.5k nTPS currently ( will be at 7.5k ntps at christmas after my trip to Japan/HKG in Dec with CX J)
My travel is mostly CE/J
Will miss the LHR T5 first wing, Group 1 and the Emerald Lounges ( ie T5 GF. LHR T3 GF & CX F, HKG F lounges and HND JAL F lounge)
There are sometimes good F deals from JAL ex EU via LHR so may still get to use the F lounge and may fly BA F if F is not that much more expensive than BA J
My long haul flights since covid have been east wards ( less tempted by the US ( exchange rate and poorer Hilton Benefits) so might choose CX ( via HKG) and QR for the lounges
CX business lounges at HKG and LHR are very good
Still got some avios to use if needed
It's been fun having BA Gold the past few years though
