The xx02 suites are 1 full bathroom and a separate 1/2-bath in the living room area.

The xx12 suites are two full bathrooms with the entrance to the second one in the living room area (as he said, it used to be two separate rooms combined to make it a suite). They left both bathrooms intact.

The family suites are the xx02 suites combined with the separate room next store on the Sukhumvit side of the hotel. They have a separate set of double doors at the entrance to both in the hallway that is closed when sold as a family suite.
