CSR points boost is obviously a whole lot more valuable than Amex given the limitation of Amex being for a single airline plus the value is only ~1.52 cpp vs 2 cpp with CSR points boost.

Just curious, did you see those EVA flights available for purchase on UA website? Was the pricing the same through Chase?
