Lads, need some help. am I wrong to assume that I should be silver till March 31st 2026?My Tier Point collection year ended in August 2024, followed by the shortened year running from August 2024 to March 31, 2025. To retain Silver status, I ensured that I earned the required Tier Points before March 31st and finished the period with approximately 640 Tier Points, as reflected on my account statement after the reset. All Tier Points were accumulated through regular travel activity, without the use of promotions, offers, or status matches.

Additionally, I had submitted claims for missing Tier Points, which were only credited after the Tier Point year closed on April 1st.

My membership card is currently set to expire at the end of September 2025. However, since I earned over 600 Tier Points during the short year (August 9, 2024 – March 31, 2025).

My card expiry was Sept 30th 2025, and when Oct 1 came by, I was demoted to Bronze. Is BA wrong?
