Is it so that hotels don't see that the customer has annual lounge access in their profile? I ask because couple of Crowne Plazas I frequently stay at upgrade me to lounge access but not roomwise. They did that before I had the pass and still do. Earlier that actually meant something -. quite a lot actually but now it's no upgrade at all since I would have access anyway. This far I have been playing along "oh, that's nice, thank you very much" but maybe some other, more demanding customers might point out that they already have access and ask for a meaningful upgrade instead?
