Usually when the last scheduled QF flight departs. They don't stay open for the late CX flights anymore. You may get lucky with a QF A380 going tech and causing the lounge to stay open later though. And that's a pretty good possibility these days.
Mid June I believe Jose at the bar mentioned they are now open until 12/1230 to cover the late CX flights. This may have been part of the new company taking over. Not sure if this later closing time stuck or its back to the last QF flight.

QF 94 will change to 1150pm soon and then they will take last call pretty late anyways.
